Well Done Roland!
A big thank you to all of you who wrote in to cheapflights regarding where to find the cheapest flights online. The response was amazing, we still cant believe how many people actually read this blogger regularly. This weeks cheapflights competition winner is Roland Johnston who wrote in yesterday recommending www.kelkoo.co.uk as a worth while site to surf when looking for the cheapest flight deals online. Roland wins an original blankety blank cheque book and pen which was made for the show but never used. Very rare and i'm sure going to a good home. Well done Roland.

Where to find top sites for cheap flights in the UK.
One of the most searched for terms on the net is 'Cheap Flights' - which means that most people end up going to www.cheapflights.co.uk, to look for their cheap flight. Now, granted, the site isn't the greatest looking site in the world but it does exactly what it says on the tin. It is a 'Comparitive' site, so you tell it where you want to go, and in turn, it compares the prices from a range of flight providers. Basically it does the searching so you don't have to. It's simple, quick and easy.
Similar sites worth having a look at include www.ebookers.co.uk which although the company themselves state are making financial losses, often has little gems including some really cheap flight tickets. In fact, I recently went to Croatia and booked through ebookers, they provided me with the cheapest available flight, and I must say their service was great. They provided me with all the information I needed for my flight, a printed itinerary, and a welcome back home e-mail a few days after I returned.
We musn't forget the well know cheap flight airlines either, www.easyjet.co.uk and www.ryanair.co.uk are well known for their cheap tickets, however, not really for their service. There's also Monarch, whos site www.fly-crown.com offers an interesting alternative to your standard house hold names.
Please feel free to leave messages on this blog, any info on cheap flights that could help my viewers would be greatly appreciated.
